Administrative Support Coordinator
LTC Language Solutions is a fast-growing language services provider! We are looking for a skilled administrative professional that can assist all of our departments with key administrative tasks. Work closely with our sales, interpreting, translation and language training departments.
Some key areas of focus for the position will be: vetting for new interpreters, answering all incoming calls, managing the front office, assist in local sales and marketing efforts, sales research, inventory management, and negotiate and speak with interpreters regarding rates and travel arrangements.
