    To whom it may concern:

    I am writing to request a refund of the $100 service fee that was erroneously charged to my savings account, number 2390786, on August 1, 2017.

    I have been an EagleBank customer since 2014 and have never had such a high service fee. I was assured when I opened the account that I would never pay a fee as long as I kept at least $1000 in the account. Although I had to withdraw most of the money at the beginning of July, I made sure to deposit it back by July 31 to avoid the fee. I therefore cannot understand why you have charged me $100.

    I am asking that you correct this error immediately or else I may have to close my account.
