As a student, you’ll begin by meeting with a teacher or LTC staff member for an intake meeting to establish your needs and goals. This needs analysis allows us to customize the program that will be most effective for you.
During the intake meeting, students studying English will also be given an oral or pronunciation assessment, depending on the focus of their class. This meeting is followed by an online assessment that measures your grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.
Day-to-day feedback is incorporated so our trainer can adjust the curriculum or pace to your progress, which is detailed in progress reports on a regular basis. We record this feedback, test scores, and attendance, which we share with you and your company. Monthly, midterm, and final reports can also be created for individuals or groups.
