Kaylee is a sales professional currently serving as the Sales Director. She has a strong background in revenue management and team leadership, previously serving as a Dual Department Manager. Her expertise lies in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence. With a diverse educational background in Sociology, Public Health, and Biology, along with a minor in French, Kaylee is committed to continuous learning and advocacy.
She serves as Education Chair on the Arizona Relocation Alliance board of directors, further contributing to professional development and industry growth. Kaylee is a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, dedicating herself to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within her professional and personal communities.
Outside of work, she is committed to expanding her linguistic and cultural fluency by actively learning Mandarin, underscoring her dedication to effective communication and cross-cultural understanding. At LTC Language Solutions, Kaylee consistently focuses on creating inclusive environments and driving positive change for LGBTQIA+ rights and DEI efforts.
Martin received an Associate’s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Shantou University-China, his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ball State University, and his Master’s and PhD in Language Education from Indiana University. Martin spent 7 years living in China and worked on various educational engagements, which began his expansive international career.
