Language Training

Every session is customized using an Inquiry-Based Approach that tailors the teaching to each participant’s goals, learning speed and use application. This includes instructional training for over 300 languages and testing for all language proficiency levels. We use educational material in publication, software, audio and video form so the training is grounded in real applications.

Cultural Training

We do on-site or off-site training and role play, conducted in classrooms or as private, semi-private, tutorial and in-country immersion forums. Our vast experience and expertise allows us to design anything from one-on-one in-depth analyses of a target culture to on-location group classes that cover multiple regions.

Translation Services

We collect, translate and deliver mission-related material as closed captioning, voice-over, website (HTML), textbook or audio script, and online document translation with typesetting and/or telephone services (TDD/TTY). This includes braille documents and captioning services, cued English transliteration, and Section 508-compliant language services. Sign Language Services include ASL/English, Manually Coded English, Pidgin Signed English (PSE), Contact Sign and International Sign.

Interpretation Services

We provide Simultaneous, Consecutive, Escort, Community, Telephonic and Voiceover interpretation of oral communication to and from English and any of 300 foreign languages, including Deaf Interpreting. This service is available in-person, as well as by video or phone.
