INTERPRETING BOOTHS

While providing interpreters for non-native speakers is a must, it is equally important that these services do not detract from the conference experience of other attendees. LTC provides sound reduction booths, both full-size and half-booths, to limit distractions both for the interpreter and nearby audience members.

Whether you prefer a stationary transmitter loaded with special interpreting features, or a portable transmitter for on-the-go events, we have what you need to make your event a success. While sophisticated in technology, all of our transmitters are designed with ease of use in mind.

PORTABLE LISTENING RECEVIERS

We offer both radio frequency (RF) and infrared(IR) receivers to meet your needs for your event. All of our receivers and headsets are designed to be user-friendly, while offering exceptional sound quality. And easy, high quality equipment means that your attendees will get to experience the conference or event without missing a beat.

ON-SITE TECHNICIAN AND COORDINATOR

LTC provides an onsite staff member, fully educated on the equipment and event. The technician has the abilities to make sure all the equipment is set up and running properly as well as ensure interpreters are in the right place and ready to go. If there is any issues regarding interpreters or equipment, the onsite technician is able to take care of the issue while the interpreters, event coordinators and guest continue the event without distraction.
