Since our entire language training process is built to cater to the needs of our students, our commitment to customer service is unmatched. We build relationships with our customers and our students to create an environment where learning flourishes, and if there’s a problem, we deal with it quickly and cheerfully. Student feedback is an integral part of our process, as well. In short, when our students talk, we listen.

LET’S GET STARTED!

To establish a new student’s needs and goals, students meet with a teacher or LTC staff member for an Intake Meeting. At this meeting, our proprietary needs analysis is completed to help LTC customize the programs most effective for the student.

During the Intake Meeting, students studying English will also be given an oral assessment. They may also be given a pronunciation assessment depending on the focus of their class. Once the Intake Meeting is completed, students wishing to study English will take an online assessment. This measures their grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing skills.

CUSTOMIZED CURRICULUM

Each student has a customized curriculum plan designed to guide the teacher throughout the program as well as to ensure that the students are pursuing the goals set out at the beginning of the program.

STUDENT PROGRESS REPORTING

Beyond day-to-day feedback, LTC language trainers also offer more detailed progress reports on a regular basis. We can use a system like Blackboard to record things like feedback, test scores, and attendance, and share that with individual students and their companies. Monthly reports, as well as midterm and final reports, can also be created, and if a business has a group of employees studying, we can create group reports too.

Gabi was afraid to tackle speaking, until we just starting talking. She has now put out a yoga video with her speaking English. She will teach this class twice a week.

I cannot express enough great things about this experience. Jeancois was absolutely fantastic- professional, flexible, and dynamic- qualities I have found that some interpreters don’t always demonstrate when working with the pediatric population.

Several months of training with Judith passed very quickly. It was interesting, the atmosphere was great, I will miss our lessons!

Their phone interpretation service is a very easy and convenient service for us to use when we are seeing patients in the office. Douglas Price is a great person there and is very good at communicating with our practice and helping us with anything we need. Great company!
