LTC Language Solutions Provides Sign Language Interpreting for Destination DC Forum

LTC Language Solutions will be providing American Sign Language interpreters for Destination DC’s “January Member Forum: The Reality and Necessity of Accessibility” on January 25th at Embassy Suites Convention Center.

During this event, members of Destination DC are invited to evaluate how accessible and inclusive they are to visitors. Hospitality and meeting industry guru Joan Eisenstodt will be educating attendees on why accessibility matters to the success of an organization, as well as providing tools and resources to welcome every guest and visitor.

The event is structured to allow attendees to expand their perspective to consider the needs of our city’s diverse business and leisure travelers, especially those with mobility, auditory and visual disabilities.

LTC Language Solutions will be providing an onsite simultaneous American Sign Language interpreter to not only allow Deaf attendees to participate in the forum but to also show the importance of offering equal opportunity in participation.

LTC provides ASL as well as over 200 foreign language interpreters for events & conferences, allowing Deaf and foreign attendees to participate as easily as everyone else. LTC also offers translation to ensure material for these conferences and events are in the attendees’ language.
