Martin George, CEO of LTC, has the honor to present on the topic “Love Your Employees” at the 53rd Annual Human Resources Conferences held by the Indiana Chamber. Martin’s speech will allow the audience to do the following:

Identify the ways in which to motivate and grow your employees through love.
Demonstrate key practices to implement love as shown by companies over the past 50 years.
Learn to express, recognize, reward and celebrate employee contributions
